non-Korean Environment issues
Some players may encounter issues while installing or reinstalling Alicia Online. After the installation, you may get an “Warning” message pop out saying about “trying to launch the game in non-Korean environment.” Sometimes trying to install the “AppLocale” may not fix the problem, so we are here to help you... hopefully it fixes your issue *FINGER CROSS*.
1. Search by using your search bar in the task bar for “Control Panel”...
2. Select "Clock and Region" from the Control Panel list.
3. Select "Region" from the Clock and Region list.
4. Select “Administrative” section as shown by the Number 1 arrow, then select "Change systems locale..." as shown by Number 2 arrow.
5. The “Region Settings” window will appear. Click on the box underneath the “Current system locale:” and search for “Korean (Korea)”. One selected and shown in the box... left click on the “OK” button and then press on “Apply” button in the bottom right corner. Please restart your laptop/desktop for the new settings to apply. I should mention this will not change the language in your windows!
Ntlea & NSIS Error Issue
Some players might have the issue "Ntleas Error". This prevents from launching the game itself. If you have one of the pictures below, you will have to change your current system locale in your computer.
These suggestions here are one of many possibilities to try out, it is possible that there are similar errors and requires different solutions, which are not much investigated yet. Overall, a quick google search should also be able to help out by these errors.
The first thing you can try to do is to “Force Update” by clicking on the “middle icon from the top right side” of the login window of Alicia Online or so called the “screwdriver”.
